If you have a serenity loom, consider yourself lucky.  As I was looking for this video I found out that the Serenity Loom is no longer in production.  However, this is a good video for those of us who have one.  I haven't mastered mine yet.  I find it a little awkward.  Maybe this will make it easier.

Ballband Dishcloth on the Looms!

An oldie pattern that I had buried. I did it about 4 years ago and in changing websites it got lost in the shuffle. I hope you enjoy it! I did mine on a fine gauge knitting loom, the adult fine gauge hat loom by Decor Accents, however, if you have any other fine gauge loom with at least 45 pegs, you it should work just dandy.

Ballband dishcloth on the knitting looms! The pattern is fairly simple and works beautifully on the knitting looms. Give it a whirl!

Materials

Knitting Loom: Fine gauge knitting loom with at least 45 pegs. Sample was knit on a Décor Accents, Inc fine gauge adult hat loom.

Yarn: About 100 yds of DK weight cotton yarn. Sample used CotLin in Surf and Linen.

Notions: Knitting tool

Gauge: Not necessary

Pattern notes:

A=Main color
B=Contrasting color
Worked clockwise around the loom: 1^st row must go from right to left.

DIRECTIONS

Using color A, cast on 45sts.

Row 1: Using A, knit.

Row 2: Knit.

Row 3: Join B, k4, skip 1 with yarn behind the peg *k5, skip 1 with yarn behind peg; rep from * to last 4sts, k4.

Row 4: P4, skip 1 with yarn behind peg, *k5, skip 1 with yarn behind peg; rep from * to last 4sts, k4.

Row 5: P4, skip 1 with yarn behind peg, *k5, skip 1 with yarn behind peg; rep from * to last 4sts, k4.

Row 6: Repeat Row 4.

Row 7: Using A, knit.

Row 8: Knit.

Row 9: Using B, k1, skip 1 with yarn behind peg, *k5, skip 1 with yarn behind peg; rep from * to last st, k1.

Row 10: P1, skip 1 with yarn behind peg, *k5, skip 1 with yarn behind peg; rep from * to last st, k1.

Row 11: P1, skip 1 with yarn behind peg, *p5, skip 1 with yarn behind peg; rep from * to last st, p1.

Row 12: Repeat Row 10.

Rep Rows 1-12 rows: 4 times (for a total of 5 repetitions)

Rep Rows 1-8.

Bind off with Basic bind off method.
