I've been doing some searches on Fenugreek this morning. I'm very interested in alternative methods to treating diabetes. I'm not a big fan of all the side affects that prescription drugs have. The sooner I can be off the them, the happier I will be.
When I was beginning my recuperation from the toe amputation and learning to deal with diabetes, I needed help. I ran into one of those helpful angels yesterday.

It's really hard not to get depressed sometimes when you're living with diabetes. Today is one of those days for me. I'm just in a funk. Honestly, I think a good cry would do me some good. The tears are waiting just under the surface.
