I've read a lot on what cinnamon is supposed to do to help those of us that have diabetes. So, I thought I would try it.
This is a fun recipe for the family on the go. Even though you are, you won't feel like you are sticking to a diabetic diet with this recipe. I hope you enjoy it!
This weekend was the first time that I have been sick with a cold type illness since I've known I have diabetes. I had a couple of too high blood sugar readings as a result.
Life with diabetes is so hard sometimes. The past couple of weeks have been especially hard for me.

I was determined to start adding a few carbs back into my diet because I get so bored with the low carb way of eating. I was told before I left the hospital in August that my magic number for carbs would be 60 per meal, eating three meals a day. I have eaten far less than that, so I thought it would be "safe" to see what 60 carbs would be like.
