I
love tuna, but I don’t care for traditional tuna salad with eggs and sweet
pickle relish. So, I’ve come up with a
twist on tuna salad that is actually quite tasty and super easy.
The
Sweet Diabetic’s Tuna Salad
·
6
cans tuna in water
·
1
cup chopped green olives
·
¾
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing ( I use Miracle Whip or a store brand.)
Stir.
Refrigerate
for an hour.
Enjoy!
I
usually serve this with some cottage cheese and just a few salad crackers.
Please
let me know if you try it.
I'm always looking for new recipes and have flipped through this cookbook below at the bookstore several times. I think it looks like a good one.
