I believe in the power of affirmations to change our mindsets about our bodies. It's sometime I do regularly to drown out that little inner critic inside me. I thought I would start a series of affirmations for us to do together to be kinder to ourselves.

Say this affirmation out loud three times and three times a day. You may not believe the affirmation at first, but that is really why we need to do them.
I nourish my body with healthy foods and enjoy exercising daily.
