plant sterols and moderate exercise combined are shown to improve blood cholesterol
levels for those at risk for coronary heart disease. This could be good news for diabetics.

I've been doing some searches on Fenugreek this morning. I'm very
interested in alternative methods to treating diabetes. I'm not a big
fan of all the side affects that prescription drugs have. The sooner I
can be off the them, the happier I will be.
